Thank you for booking your class at Boso Studio! We understand that sometimes unexpected situations can arise, and you might no longer be able to attend your class. However, we are a small independent business and don’t like turning students away if classes are fully booked. Therefore we have established a cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both our pottery studio and our students.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before your class date:
- If you can find someone to take over your class, we’d be happy to welcome them in your place. Email us to let us know the name of the person replacing you.
- If you can’t find anyone, please let us know as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to help. If we can find another student to take your place, we will issue you a refund minus £20 admin fee.
- If we cannot find anyone to take your place, we will issue you a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before your class date:
- If you can find someone to take over your class, we’d be happy to welcome them in your place. Email us to let us know the name of the person replacing you.
- If we can find another student to take your place, we will issue you a refund minus £20 admin fee.
- If we cannot find anyone to take your place, unfortunately your class fee will be non-refundable.
Rescheduling your class:
- If you are unable to attend your class and need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
- If your request is more than 7 days before the class, you can reschedule it to another available date. Rescheduling can be done once free of charge.
- If your request is less than 7 days before the class or rescheduling the second time, we’ll have to charge a fee 50% of the cost of your class.
